Small businesses, particularly minority-owned, were hit hard by the impacts of COVID-19, especially on aging commercial corridors. Because you are a small business within the boundaries of the Greater Broadway District, you are entitled to the free Sac IEDC’s American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) technical assistance program.  The program is structured to provide much-needed help to any small business located within the Greater Broadway District and provides assistance geared to help minorities facing additional hurdles to get back to business. The program offers webinars with experts on relevant topics for today’s business environment, including information on how to operate your business in a COVID-19 environment; how to create an online presence for your business to drive better sales; and 1:1 consulting assistance in a wide range of topics, including in-language options in Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, and others, as needed.
